Taekwondo Poomsae Special Training Seminar for foreign players
  O..C will provide with an opportunity which we teach taekwondo philosophy to foreign Taekwondo families who participate in ‘Chuncheon OPEN 2009’.It is special seminar with team training that providing for ‘WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships’ and ‘Chuncheon OPEN 2009’. The poomsae is a series of movements for offense and defense techniques which can be practiced and trained, even without presence of an instructor, in accordance with the fixed patterns.The poomsae is the style of conduct which expresses directly or indirectly mental and physical refinements as well as the principles of offense and defense resulting from cultivation of Taekwondo spirit and techniques. The 3 elements of Taekwondo are Poomsae, Gyeorugi, and Gyeokpa. The most important thing is Poomsae among them.

Participant - Foreign players, 1) Beginner 2) Coach 3) Player
Period :
  - Competition Period (negotiable), One day=2~4 hours
- Three, Five, Ten days and One month etc. ? Certificate of training
Contents - Basic action, Competition rule, Training, Training method etc.
