For
1st & 2nd rank winners(only 1st rank for
Korean) of Olympic Games, World Cup, World
Championships, and Junior World Championships
in recent 3 years(2004. 7. 5 ~ 2007. 6. 28),
board and lodging will be provide during 6
days of Chuncheon OPEN.
(Documentary evidence recognized by WTF should
be submitted when apply or register.
For the teams running training camp over 7
days before and after CHUNCHEON OPEN, O.C.
will provide training facility and coaching.
Round trip airfare and accommodation expenses
(room and board) shall be the sole responsibility
of the participants. However, O.C. can help
reservation process.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
- O.C. will provide ground transportation
- Shuttle Bus between Incheon airport and
Chuncheon
- Shuttle Bus between Hotel and Hoban Gym
during the championships period
- All officials and players should inform
O.C. their flight schedule by June 20

NOTICE

All
competitors must wear WTF-approved Taekwondo
equipment.
The deadline of application for CHUNCHEON
OPEN is by June 22, 2007.
It should be responsibility of all participants
including officials and competitors of CHUNCHEON
OPEN to fill out and submit the enclosed "WAIVER
& RELEASE of LIABILITY and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT"
form to O.C.
For matters not specified in the regulation,
all participants should follow the decision
of Organizing Committee of CHUNCHEON OPEN.
Details not specified in this outline can
be modified or added at the Representatives'
Meeting.
